Benefits package includes:

Qualification for all positions:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and U.S. tourist passport(for International contracts).
  • Must have NO felony or domestic violence conviction. Record of recent recurring misdemeanors that may impact candidates rating, certain contracts requires that candidates must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
  • Must have appropriate inoculations(vaccinate; immunize) only for International travels. 
  • Must be free of any communicable diseases.
  • Must provide a physical and dental examination with in one year with no indication of health deficiencies that would impair performance of duties.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a government physical fitness exam.
  • Must be willing to undergo a psychometric assessment, criminal back ground check, and drug screening.
     

*Advanced Marksmanship Instructor

  • Must possess binocular vision correctable to 20/30 with no color blindness
  • Must have graduated and have certification(s) from a recognized military or law enforcement advanced marksmanship school
  • Other special operational training(CQB, Urban Combat, etc.) is a plus
  • MUST have past experience in educating a group training (1 to 6 instructor to student ratio) and reference(s)
  • Must be able to prepare, schedule, coordinate, and execute advanced rifle marksmanship instructions and includes the following:
  1. Weapons handling
  2. Proper sight picture
  3. Target engagement from various positions
  4. Ambidextrous firing
  5. Speed swapping magazine
  6. Multiple target engagement techniques
  7. Night firing
  8. Weapons care
  9. Safety and weapons presentation
  10. Shot group assessment and compensation
  11. Body positions
  12. Fire drills
  13. Effects of weather
  14. Zeroing         

*Anti-terrorism/Protective Security Specialist

  • Must have graduated from a recognized military or law enforcement security training school with documents/certificates
  • MUST have past experience and reference(s) in security/protective related duties.
  • Other special operational training(Special Forces, Navy Seals, etc.) is a plus
  • Must be able to legally own/possess a firearm(s). Safely handle and carry a weapon(s) that the candidate will have in his/her possession. Depending on various contract requirements, candidates must be able to provide his/her own weapon(s) if needed.

*Combative Instructor

  • 10 year minimum martial arts experience
  • Other special training(Knife fighting, Stick fighting/grappling, etc.) a plus
  • All skills and requirements MUST be proven, certificate(s) and reference(s) required

*All positions consist of STANDARD deployment: 3-6 days work week
(20-40hours), 30days on and 30-60days off.  Will vary depending on contract requirements.
